Caleb was amazing. We started the day very dreary due to a leaking bathroom sink. Caleb quickly diagnosed the issue and provided options. He made the entire process seamless and way less stressful than anticipated.

I needed to replace my water heater and I gave Crow's Plumbing service a try due to good reviews. Making appointment was easy and there were reminder texts prior to the appointment. Caleb arrived on-time. He was courteous, pleasant, and explained all options. Price is fair and reasonable. I gave the ok to start the work. He always let me know what were going to happen next during the install process, and he did a very good quality job and clean up after himself. Even the insulation and taping were neatly done. Booties were always worn when inside the house. I'm very happy with the results. I would definitely use Crow's plumbing service again for all my future need. And hopefully I'll get Caleb assigned to the work again. Thank you.
